1. Shipping scope
qelivra currently accepts checkout shipping addresses in the United States only when checkout is enabled. Product availability may be restricted by destination, carrier requirements, legal review, inventory, or other compliance considerations.
USPS Ground Advantage costs $6.99 at checkout. Standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping is free when the verified merchandise subtotal is over $30.00.
2. Order review before fulfillment
Payment confirmation does not guarantee shipment. Orders may remain pending while qelivra verifies payment, address completeness, inventory, purchaser certification, and compliance. qelivra may refuse or cancel/refund an order that cannot be fulfilled consistently with posted policies or applicable requirements.
3. Carriers, pre-sales, and delivery estimates
Any carrier or delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless qelivra expressly states otherwise in writing. Carrier delays, weather, service interruptions, address issues, and events outside qelivra control may affect delivery.
When a listing or storefront notice is identified as a pre-sale or pre-order, payment may be collected before the item is ready for shipment. The pre-sale fulfillment notice displayed before checkout provides the current expected shipping window. That window is an estimate and may change if supplier, quality-review, inventory, carrier, or other fulfillment conditions change. qelivra will use the order email or order-status/support tools for material fulfillment updates when appropriate.
4. Packaging and handling representations
qelivra will not represent a shipment as cold-chain, temperature-controlled, sterile, pharmaceutical, or suitable for clinical use unless the applicable verified product and fulfillment documentation expressly supports that representation. Research materials should be handled and stored according to verified product-specific documentation where available.
5. Cancellations before shipment
You may request cancellation before an order ships, including for a pre-sale order. A cancellation is effective only after qelivra confirms it has been processed. If a paid pre-shipment order is successfully cancelled, an approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Requests should be submitted through qelivra Support using the order number and checkout email.
6. Returns after shipment
Research materials are generally not accepted for return after shipment because qelivra cannot verify chain of custody, storage conditions, handling, or product integrity after dispatch. This restriction does not limit remedies that are required by law or remedies qelivra approves for an incorrect, damaged, or materially nonconforming shipment.
7. Damaged, incorrect, missing, or materially nonconforming shipments
Contact qelivra Support promptly after discovering a shipping problem. Keep the original packaging and, when reasonably requested, provide photographs or other information needed to investigate. qelivra may choose an appropriate remedy based on the verified circumstances and applicable law.
8. Refund processing
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times are outside qelivra control. Shipping charges are not refundable except where qelivra approves the refund, the charge resulted from qelivra error, or applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Address responsibility and returned shipments
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address. qelivra may pause fulfillment to resolve incomplete information. Additional charges or a new shipment may be required when a carrier returns a package because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, except where the issue resulted from qelivra error or applicable law requires a different result.
